A level Chemistry Bridging Resources
Hello!
Please find attached some information on the A-level course (from the bridging lessons) and the bridging resources that we ask potenetial chemistry students to complete over the summer in preparation for the A-level course. You will find that much of the content does overlap with the GCSE and so should be familiar, however there will be some bit that provide more challenge! Please read all the resources and complete the following;
Complete the induction tasks booklet. This is what we will expect you to hand in at the start of the course.
Complete the year 11 to 12 bridging work. This is mostly GCSE content and should be familiar.
Read and attempt the PiXL chemistry masterclass booklet. It is really important that you read this thoroughly as this extends on the triple content and introduces you to the AS content.
If you have any questions, please do email me (rachel.palmer@moultonschool.co.uk) or Miss Ruddy (emma.ruddy@moultonschool.co.uk).
Have a great summer.
A level chemistry bridging seneca classroom
Please join the seneca classroom and complete the seneca tasks to revise the GCSE content that is relevant to the A level course.
In particular, if you did combined rather than triple science at GCSE it would be important to go over the relevant triple content.
